Pre-Design
One of my favorite mantras is: Prep work creates a solid foundation. It's critical to get your project off on the right foot. I provide assistance in preparing needs assessments, full design program development, guidance for project delivery method selection, and more.

Hiring Assistance
It can be tricky to hire design and construction services if you don't have existing staff with the relevant background on your selection team.

RFP/RFQ Services:
Looking for a design team or other outside consultant for your project? I can assist with preparing proposal requests as well as reviewing submissions.

In-house Services:
Looking to hire someone at your organization for a full or part-time position relating to a design or construction project? I can assist with writing job descriptions, reviewing applicants, and facilitation of the interview and hiring process.

Training + Guidance Sessions
Sometimes you want to manage the process in-house but you aren't exactly sure where to start. I provide training and guidance sessions on a wide-range of topics from pre-design through construction administration as well as initial operations and maintenance strategies. I have a variety of pre-established sessions and I can also tailor sessions to meet your specific needs in terms of content, audience, and timeframe.
